Overview

When your purchase one of our templates, you’re getting an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use these resources. You can create unlimited projects for yourself or your clients, and those projects can be sold, sublicensed, or freely distributed. Below, I’ll break down the details of what you can and can’t do under this license.

License Types

Personal License

A Personal License allows you to:

• Use the purchased templates as an individual for personal or commercial projects.
• Work on company projects or client work as long as you’re not employed by the company you’re working for.

In simple terms: You can use these templates for personal hobbies, freelance gigs, or side projects—even for businesses—if you’re not officially employed by that business.

What You Can Do (Allowed Use)

Here’s what the license lets you do with the templates:

1. Unlimited End Products: Use the templates to create as many websites or applications as you like—for yourself or for clients.
2. Customization: Modify the templates to create derivative versions.
3. Commercial Projects: Sell or distribute the final projects you create using the templates (e.g., a SaaS app, company website, or client website).
4. Open Source Projects: Use the templates in projects that are open source and freely available to end users.

What You Can’t Do (Prohibited Use)

To keep things fair, there are some restrictions on how you can use the templates:

1. No Website Builders: You can’t use the templates to create tools that let users build their own websites (e.g., drag-and-drop website builders).
2. No Redistribution: You can’t share, sell, or distribute the templates (or modified versions) as standalone resources.
3. No Competing Products: You can’t use the templates to create products that compete with this store.
4. No AI Training: Using the templates to train AI models is strictly prohibited.
5. No Property Transfer: Any product created with the templates must be owned by you, your company, or your client—not by your employees, contractors, or others.

Examples of Usage

Allowed

• Building a website for your company or client.
• Creating a commercial SaaS application with a subscription model.
• Developing an open-source web application where the code is freely available online.

Not Allowed

• Publishing a collection of templates derived from these templates, even if modified.
• Creating a theme, template, or admin panel for sale or free distribution.
• Using the templates in a website builder or DIY platform.

Additional Terms

1. Third-Party Assets: Any photos or illustrations included are for demonstration only, and their rights belong to their respective owners.
2. Liability Disclaimer: I’m not responsible for any issues or outcomes that arise from using these templates.
3. No Attribution Required: You’re not required to credit me or this store in your projects.

Copyright and Violations

All templates are copyrighted by Kain Nhantumbo. Violations of this license may result in refunds being withheld or further legal action. If you believe you’ve inadvertently violated the license, reach out to discuss a resolution.
